I was Alya's manager at Mishkat Interactive Center for Atomic and Renewable energy. We have worked together for over a year during my post as Programs Development Manager at Mishkat. During that time, I had the pleasure of getting to know Alya on a personal and professional level. We have worked together as a team on a number of big impact projects initiated by the Programs Development Department of which the novel nature of the project cycles has spanned from conception of ideas, resource and project planning, creative design and implementation of tools and props, testing and staff training, to planning focus groups, public presentations, and evaluation.

The projects were very demanding and covered a wide range of skills starting from research, time management, creative problem solving, communications and public speaking skills. Remarkably, in each and every step, Alya demonstrated exceptional skills set, especially in efficiency, creativity, quality, and diligence.

Alya, is a great team player and she has taken the lead in tackling many challenges with creative and persistent approaches. She has proved to be a natural leader, initiator and a vital and a proactive member in the workplace.
